A message dated March 25 was read stating the Governor signed the                                                               
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 308(FIN)                                                                                      
     "An Act relating to unemployment benefits during a period of                                                               
     state or national emergency resulting from a novel coronavirus                                                             
     disease (COVID-19) outbreak; and providing for an effective
